Audrey Cremoux is an Associated Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the founder of L’envol Coaching, where she is dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey toward personal and professional fulfillment.
With a background in entrepreneurship and years of experience owning and operating a successful business, Audrey brings real-world insight into the challenges her clients face. Alongside her business, she is also a trained actor and tango enthusiast, using the art of performance and the rhythm of tango to deepen her understanding of human connection, presence, and personal growth.
Drawing from these diverse experiences, she brings a creative and collaborative approach to coaching that combines business insight with the passion and grace of tango. By infusing theatre techniques, creative exercises, and the spirit of tango, Audrey empowers expats and corporate leaders to navigate challenges, enhance their leadership skills, and unlock their full potential.
“Acting taught me presence, truth, and the courage to stand in front of others without hiding. Tango taught me connection and the subtleties of listening beyond words,” she explains. “And coaching arrived like the missing piece of my own story. It gave meaning to all the paths I had walked. It turned every challenge, every move, every doubt into something I could now offer to others. L’envol means “taking flight,” and this is how I felt when I finally stepped into this work, as if everything in me was lifting.”
Be the Best Version of Yourself
In her coaching, Audrey guides individuals through the inner landscapes that often feel heavy or confusing. She acknowledges the fact that self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and resistance all have a voice, but they don’t have to lead the way. Her approach is grounded in presence in the body, in breath, and in learning to hear yourself again beneath the noise. Audrey helps women release the patterns that keep them small and find the courage to speak, to choose themselves without guilt. Change becomes possible when you are no longer fighting yourself.
“Being the best version of yourself is not about perfection or comparison. To me, it means coming home to who you truly are,” she explains. “It means standing in your truth gently but firmly. It is the quiet confidence of knowing you can trust yourself even when life asks you to walk into the unknown.”
Taylor Made Coaching
Audrey works with a wide range of clients, including artists, expats, leaders, and entrepreneurs, each having a different story and unique rhythm. She never relies on a fixed formula; instead, she meets each person exactly where they are. For the artist, she creates space for emotion and expression. For the expat, she understands the loneliness, cultural transitions, and identity shifts that come with starting over. For the leader, she focuses on presence, boundaries, clarity, and inner strength.
Audrey believes public speaking coaching plays a big role in unlocking confidence and leadership potential. Over the years, she has seen how many women hold their voices tightly in their chests, afraid of being judged or truly seen. Drawing from her acting background, she guides clients through breath, posture, intention, and emotional truth.
“When a woman learns to speak with her whole self, not just her words, something magnificent happens,” she states. “Leadership follows naturally because presence is leadership.”
Don’t Walk Alone
Audrey offers a gentle reminder for the women who hesitate to step into leadership, fearing judgment, burnout, or not being enough. Their fears do not mean they are unfit to lead. They mean they care. And, as she emphasizes, no woman needs to walk that path alone. There are tools, supportive spaces, and people ready to stand beside them as they grow into their power. Their voice, their vision, and their authentic way of leading are needed.
“Supporting women in environments that still undervalue their voices is something I care deeply about,” she explains. “I help them anchor into their own worth so they no longer wait for permission to shine. Together we break the pattern of silence and overgiving. I teach them to stand tall even in rooms that were not built for them and to create space instead of shrinking inside it.”
No Need to Leap
Audrey believes true leaders can create safer, more inclusive environments by listening with intention. She suggests them to value differences, and not just tolerate them. She also urges leaders to welcome honest conversations. Above all, she believes people should feel free to bring their full selves into the room.
To those standing on the threshold of change, a bit uncertain and trembling a little, Audrey offers simple advice: take one small step. “Change meets you halfway when you dare to move, even gently. You are capable of far more than you think,” she says.
Legacy of L’envol Coaching
The legacy Audrey hopes to create through L’envol Coaching is simple. She wants every woman who crosses her path to remember her own strength—to walk with more freedom, more breath, and more trust in herself.
“I want this ripple to continue far beyond me, women empowering women, creating spaces of honesty, humanity, and courage. If I can spark even a small part of that, then my work has served its purpose,” she states.
